When life gets busy, and plans get off track, it can be easy to let your health slip down your priority list.
You may have just been diagnosed with a health condition, managing symptoms for years, or simply not feeling well after a period of stress.
At Nutritionpath, we take an integrative approach that combines nutrition, targeted supplementation, and clinical insight to understand what’s driving your health concerns. Where appropriate, functional and conventional testing can be used to provide further clarity.
From there, we develop a structured, personalised plan so you can take practical steps to improve your health - with the right support along the way.
We guide you from understanding your health concerns, to implementing practical, effective strategies so you can live life well.
A structured, integrative approach to understanding and improving your health.
We look at your health across three key areas:
Patterns of Intake
What you eat and take — including your diet, supplements, meal structure, and timing
Health Processes
How your body is functioning, including digestion, metabolism, hormones, and nutrient status
Personal Situation
Your lifestyle, stress levels, routine, and environment
By understanding how these areas interact, we can identify the key drivers of your symptoms and create a plan that targets the right areas - not just the symptoms.
This is what allows us to create a plan that is clear, targeted, and appropriate for you.
Your Initial Consultation is the first step to understanding your health more clearly.
In this session, we take a comprehensive look at your symptoms, medical history, diet, lifestyle, supplement use, and any relevant test results. This allows us to begin identifying key patterns and underlying drivers.
From there, we outline your first stage plan, which may include:
You'll leave with an initial plan and structured next step.
Please note that changes can take time and consistency. Support is available between appointments via phone or email if you needed.
Improving your health is rarely about one change or one visit. It's a staged process.
Unlike a single visit to a medical specialist, nutritional and naturopathic care works best over time. We build, assess, and adjust your plan so it continues to work for you.
This process allows us to progressively work across your patterns of intake, health processes, and personal situation - so changes are targeted and effective.
Why follow-up appointments matter
Building a Plan That Works
Your initial consultation sets the foundation. We gather detailed information about your health, life situation, and supplement use, then use follow-ups to refine your plan based on how your body responds.
Staged Progress
Health improvements happen step by step. Each stage builds on the previous one - whether that's adjusting what you eat and take, supporting how your body is functioning, or addressing what's driving your symptoms.
Accountability and Support
Regular appointments help you stay on track and address challenges as they arise. This is especially important when things aren't going to plan - so you don't feel stuck or unsure what to do next.
Adapting to Your Needs
Your health and circumstances can change - your plan should too. Follow-ups allow us to adjust your approach so it continues to align with your goals.
Ongoing Guidance
You're supported between appointments with email or brief check-ins when needed, so you can keep moving forward with confidence.
Our approach isn’t about giving you information and sending you on your way. It’s about working together over time to create meaningful, lasting change.
Think of it as a structured process - not a quick fix - with clear steps and ongoing support to help you get results that last.
When booking your initial appointment you can choose between a dietetic or naturopathic consultation. If you're not sure, we can guide you based on your needs.
Dietetic consultations focus on nutrition therapy and may be eligible for Medicare rebates under a Medicare Chronic Disease Management Plan or an Eating Disorders Management Plan via your GP.
Naturopathic consultations are suited to those looking for a broader integrative approach. This may including functional testing, nutritional and botanical supplements, and deeper investigation of the underlying drivers of your health concerns.
Nutritionpath is the private practice of Annette Low, Accredited Dietitian, Nutritionist, and Naturopath based in Sydney.
Annette combines clinical nutrition with naturopathic care to take a structured, systems-based approach to health. This allows her to work across diet, digestion, metabolism, hormones and chronic health conditions, alongside individual factors, to understand the full picture and identify what's driving your health concerns, and determine the most appropriate strategies.
The goal is to help you move forward with clarity and confidence - so you can improve your health and live life well.
