Why general nutrition advice is not enough

A structured, personalised approach that looks at your nutrition, how your body responds, and the factors influencing your health - helping you know what to change.

General nutrition advice can be helpful, but it’s often broad and focused on what people are doing — not what their body actually needs to get back on track.

What works for one person may not work for another, especially when symptoms, health conditions, and lifestyle factors (real life) are involved.

I take an integrative approach, combining evidence-based nutrition with a broader systems view of your health. This includes looking at how your body is functioning, how it responds to food, and how factors such as digestion, metabolism, stress, lifestyle, and genetics influence your wellbeing.

Food is used as a practical therapeutic tool, alongside targeted nutrition strategies, to support how your body works — not just manage what you’re eating.

This allows us to understand what’s driving your symptoms and make changes that are specific, practical, and sustainable.

Making healthy happen

When life gets busy or your health feels off track, it can be difficult to know where to start.

You may have had a recent diagnosis, ongoing symptoms, or simply not feel as well as you used to.

We take a structured, integrative approach to understand what’s driving your health concerns - combining nutrition, targeted supplementation where appropriate, and clinical insight.

Functional and conventional testing may also be used to provide further clarity.

From there, we develop a personalised plan so you can take practical steps to improve your health, with the right support along the way.

The Nutritionpath Approach

A structured, integrative approach to understanding and improving your health.

We look at your health across three key areas:

Patterns of Intake

What you eat and take — including your diet, supplements, meal structure, and timing

Health Processes

How your body is functioning, including digestion, metabolism, hormones, and nutrient status

Personal Situation

Your lifestyle, stress levels, routine, and environment

By understanding how these areas interact, we can identify the key drivers of your symptoms and create a plan that targets the right areas — not just the symptoms.

The result is a clear, targeted plan that’s appropriate for you.
