Each person is different and what works for one person may not work for another. Patterns, processes and personalisation are central to the way I work.
The way your body responds to food can be influenced by many factors, including digestion, metabolism, hormones, stress, lifestyle and genetics. Understanding these patterns can provide valuable insight into what may be contributing to your symptoms and overall health.
My approach combines evidence-based nutrition with a detailed assessment of your symptoms, medical history, diet, lifestyle and test results to better understand the underlying processes affecting your health.
Nutrition recommendations are personalised to your individual needs, goals and preferences, with a focus on practical strategies that can be incorporated into everyday life.
Whether you are managing digestive symptoms, metabolic or weight concerns, hormonal changes, food intolerances or other chronic health conditions the aim is to provide a clear, personalised pathway forward.
Whether you are looking to address a specific health concern or improve your overall wellbeing, nutrition support is tailored to your individual needs and goals.
Digestive Health
Support for reflux, IBS, bloating, food intolerances and other digestive concerns that may be affecting your energy, wellbeing and quality of life.
Metabolic Health & Weight Management
Nutrition strategies for weight management, insulin resistance, prediabetes, cholesterol and fatty liver disease.
Hormonal Health
Support for PCOS, perimenopause, menopause, thyroid disorders and other hormone-related health concerns.
Allergies, Intolerances & Immune Health
Support for food intolerances, allergic conditions, recurrent infections and immune health concerns.
Chronic Health Conditions
Individualised nutrition care for cardiovascular disease, healthy ageing and complex health concerns.
We look at your health across three key areas:
Patterns of Intake
What you eat and take — including your diet, supplements, meal structure, and timing
Health Processes
How your body is functioning, how it responds to food, and how factors such as digestion, metabolism, hormones, stress and lifestyle influence your wellbeing - with testing used where appropriate.
Personal Situation
Your lifestyle, stress levels, routine, and environment
By understanding how these areas interact, we can identify the key drivers of your symptoms and focus on what will make the most difference. The result is a clear, targeted plan that is specific to you - not just general advice.

When life gets busy or your health feels off track, it can be difficult to know where to start.
You may have ongoing symptoms, a recent diagnosis, or simply not feel as well as you used to.
This is where a structured approach is important - so you're not guessing.
The initial consultation is the first step in understanding what’s driving your symptoms and what your body needs.
